Over fifteen years ago, I stepped into the legal world, beginning as an in-house clerk before rising to staff attorney at a software firm. There, I honed my craft, offering counsel on intricate corporate affairs. My days were filled with SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, finance, litigation, and intellectual property. After more than seven years immersed in that realm, I chose a different path. I left the corporate sphere to champion civil disputes and consumer rights at the Law Office of Melvin Neal. During that time, I also co-founded a real estate brokerage, stepping into roles as managing broker and chief legal officer for Metropolitan Real Estate Group. With each case and client, my skills as a litigator sharpened. Eventually, bolstered by a remarkable support staff, I founded my own solo practice, a venture born of experience and a passion for justice.
Today, that vision has blossomed into our boutique law firm, a haven of affordable legal guidance for small businesses and individuals. We embrace a broad spectrum of transactional cases, from family law and probate matters to landlord-tenant disputes, contract formations, and their inevitable disagreements. Our reach extends to civil claims and personal injury cases as well. Having stood beside clients from every corner of life, rich and modest alike, I find my heart with the underdogs. I wield my expertise to secure the finest outcomes their cases deserve.
